Construction works on commercial part of Praga Koneser Center – developed by Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. – are progressing for 2 months now. Future lifestyle centre of Warsaw, created on former site of Warsaw’s Vodka Distillery by Ząbkowska street, attracts potential tenants, who will enrich its service offer in 2017.
Damian Medical Centre will open its clinic and pharmacy in Koneser, where it leased 1 085 sqm of space in „Kadzielnia” (H) building. The medical clinic will be located on the 1st floor, while the pharmacy will be found on the ground floor of this modern building inspired by original Koneser architecture.
„We are certain that availability of high quality medical services offered by Damian Medical Centre will be a convenient solution for future clients of Koneser. Patients will meet friendly and comprehensive medical offer in the new centre – our first location on the right bank of the Vistula river,” – said Agnieszka Dziedzic-Pasik, Managing Director of Damian Medical Center.
„We are glad that Koneser’s potential is esteemed by such renowned healthcare brand. Since the beginning of construction works in October of 2015, we see high interest from potential tenants. We are on good track to make Koneser the place we imagined: multifunctional, open and addressing needs of contemporary clients,” – commented Marc Lebbe, Managing Director of Liebrecht & wooD Group.
The commercial part of Praga Koneser Center – developed by Liebrecht & wooD Group and BBI Development S.A. – comprises 25 500 sqm of office space (including loft-offices), retail premises (20 000 sqm), numerous restaurants, Campus Warsaw (inaugurated by Google in November this year), modern conference centre, hotel and Polish Vodka Museum. Residential areas delivered by BBI Development S.A. are located next door (330 lofts and soft-lofts).
„We want Koneser to become not only a comfortable retail-service provider for Praga residents, but also a convenient, thriving alternative to the city centre of Warsaw. I am convinced that Koneser – as an excellently located place where entrepreneurial spirit of Old Praga is essential –will be among most popular destinations in the capital,” – said Rafał Szczepański, Vice President of the Board at BBI Development S.A.
The completion of 1st stage of Praga Koneser Center commercial part, including three-level underground car park and underground areas of one of the future office buildings, is planned in mid-2016. The entire investment will be put to use the following year.
